This was one of the smoothest home renovation projects I’ve experienced.My previous air conditioner was a complete nightmare after installation—I bought it from a certain large electronics store that handed off the job to unreliable third-party contractors. Within months, it started leaking from the base and couldn’t drain properly, it was angled weirdly. It became one of the most stressful events for me, especially during summer when we relied on the air conditioning. The constant repairs and cleaning added up quickly in both time and costs.When I finally surrendered and started to do my research i came across Alliance Climate Control. They not only promised to fix the issue but also ensure me they will install a new air conditioner the right way (they even stated this on their website – where they will make sure you are satisfied will their work before they finish). So when the team arrive, Kevin and Dragan took on a challenging job—my old unit was installed in an awkward position, with improper drainage and poorly done piping within the walls. But they were undeterred. They assessed the setup carefully, discussing how to best resolve the issues rather than just doing a quick install and leaving.Their attention to detail was impressive, and they left my place spotless after the job, ensuring I wouldn’t have to clean up after them. safe to say – my room is now cool and ready for the summer heat!The takeaway here: don’t go with just any third-party installer. Air conditioning installations are complex, and cutting corners can cost you more in the long run. We got our old unit decommissioned and a new unit and pipes reinstalled by Alliance. They have done an excellent job from start to finish. Our painter Giannis (Yiannis) was really detailed and did an amazing job patching the ceilings etc. They also made an effort cleaning up after each time. Highly recommend going with them.

Shoutout to James and B.J who did an incredible job installing an A/C unit for me! It was a big, all-day job which required them working around cabinets and in multiple rooms but they didn’t skip any corners and didn’t leave any mess in my apartment. We had a complex job, removing an old ducted system and installing a new 3 unit VRV system. Many companies would not even quote on this work, but Alliance committed to the job from day one. From first call to finishing the job, Alliance has been excellent to work with. In particular, the installation team of Ken, Shaddi, Truy, Vashil, and the plasterer Yasir were amazing. Ken and his team always sought to find a solution that met our requirements, no matter how hard they might be to achieve. The quality of their work was evident throughout the project, making us feel confident in their install.
