ACC were fantastic – Had a broken mainboard in my dankin unit. Need parts which would take up to a week. They offered me a portable aircon to help with my sick kids temp issues and it kept us happy until the part arrived. The work was done quickly and easily and the aircon after a service and new mainboard is better then ever…. Insanely good service and will be 100% keeping these guys on speed dial for all my aircon needs at my investment and home property ongoing .

Dealing with Alliance was a smooth experience. With my ducted air conditioning system failing and summer approaching, I anticipated getting quotes and scheduling installation would take a long time.However, just a couple of days after my initial quote request, a representative came over and explained my options, following up the lot clearly via email.Once we decided on the best option for our needs and made the call, the installers arrived within a week.Installers were friendly and professional, double-checking everything before starting the installation and cleaning up thoroughly afterward.We are delighted with the service provided, and our home is now ready for summer! Thank you once again to the team at Alliance Climate Control. This was one of the smoothest home renovation projects I’ve experienced.My previous air conditioner was a complete nightmare after installation—I bought it from a certain large electronics store that handed off the job to unreliable third-party contractors. Within months, it started leaking from the base and couldn’t drain properly, it was angled weirdly. It became one of the most stressful events for me, especially during summer when we relied on the air conditioning. The constant repairs and cleaning added up quickly in both time and costs.When I finally surrendered and started to do my research i came across Alliance Climate Control. They not only promised to fix the issue but also ensure me they will install a new air conditioner the right way (they even stated this on their website – where they will make sure you are satisfied will their work before they finish). So when the team arrive, Kevin and Dragan took on a challenging job—my old unit was installed in an awkward position, with improper drainage and poorly done piping within the walls. But they were undeterred. They assessed the setup carefully, discussing how to best resolve the issues rather than just doing a quick install and leaving.Their attention to detail was impressive, and they left my place spotless after the job, ensuring I wouldn’t have to clean up after them. safe to say – my room is now cool and ready for the summer heat!The takeaway here: don’t go with just any third-party installer. Air conditioning installations are complex, and cutting corners can cost you more in the long run. Alliance Climate Control’s high ratings speak for themselves—they know what they’re doing.Thanks again, Kevin and Dragan—I truly appreciate all your help!

We got our old unit decommissioned and a new unit and pipes reinstalled by Alliance. They have done an excellent job from start to finish. Our painter Giannis (Yiannis) was really detailed and did an amazing job patching the ceilings etc. They also made an effort cleaning up after each time. Highly recommend going with them.
