What is a Commercial Air Conditioning
System Installation?

Installation of a Commercial Air Conditioning System is the most energy efficient way to keep clients, guests and employees comfortable. A ducted Commercial Split or Multi-Split system can deliver clean comfortable air to different parts of your office, public building or retail area. Different set temperatures can be maintained in different zones, compensating for varying comfort levels or frequently opening doors.

For larger open areas such as restaurants, theatres or convention facilities, ceiling cassette or suspended ceiling systems may be employed. Each of these systems, often twice as powerful as conventional split or multi-split residential systems, feature variable compressor load sensing and energy saving features plus temperature and motion sensing capabilities that will shut down the system if no movement is detected after a set period of time.

Each of these systems share a common operating principle in that an outdoor unit, housing the compressor and finned condenser coil, supply pressurised refrigerant gas to the respective indoor unit. This indoor unit houses the finned evaporator coil and fan blower, together with an air filtration medium to ensure air entering the conditioned space is clean and comfortable.

However, a ceiling mounted cassette system is able to deliver air in a 360° arc in more than 20 different configurations and is particularly suited to long narrow rooms, “L” shape or irregular shaped spaces.

A suspended ceiling system is more suitable in regular shaped spaces with higher ceilings up to 4.3 metres high. It requires no intrusion into the ceiling cavity and has alternating air flow capabilities in both vertical and horizontal directions.

Both systems, manufactured by reputable companies such as Daikin or Fujitsu, ensure compressor output meets cooling demand rapidly, yet consume the least amount of energy necessary.

Once the set temperature is achieved, compressor output is automatically adjusted to maintain the required temperature. Sensors monitoring temperature or movement in the conditioned space, trigger the compressor to provide more cooling or to shut down if no motion is detected.

Why is a Commercial Air Conditioning System Installation?

Similarly, the outdoor unit comprising a robust cabinet, only requires a location providing clear air, a stable footing base and a supply of electrical power. In the case of large installations, multiple units are able to be located close together if needed, with the provision, sufficient space is provided according to the manufacturers recommendations for suitable heat dissipation and service access.

Sufficient capacity for high on-demand cooling can be provided to the conditioned space at any time.

Motion sensors prevent redundant consumption of energy by stopping operation after a pre-set time has elapsed after no occupants are detected.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Alliance Climate Control with installing Airconditioning units at my premises.Albeit, the house had a Airconditioning system installed 20 years ago. There a were a couple of rooms that that wasn’t conditioned due to the difficulty in accessing them and the family struggled to fully utilise them in the past due to uncomfortable conditions.I was so impressed by the Alliance Climate Control team from the initial enquiry, they responded promptly and initiated and secured an on site appointment to inspect the premises understood the main issues and unravel the project right on the spot in front of me.Jake advise me on all the options and discussed all the pros and cons for each solution,I was impressed how he reached out to Goran the owner of the company who assisting with unit selection to ensure the budget be met.There use of all communication technology very well and are truely paperless company with all the checks and balances.The procurement and scheduling communication was second to none and they maintained there dates, they did do what they said they would do.When it came to installation, the electricians Vush and Blade arrived ahead of the installation team , that assessed the situation and within a couple of hours they ran the electrical cables in what was a more then complex routing in to connect power They carried out the work with press ion and without any fuss, I was impressed .The installation team arrived within an our lead by Garrett , and assisted with Qais and Ben.They carried out the installation of all equipment and running of cables and pipework with great precision and the quality of workmanship and their communication was second to none, the whole team was respectful, courteous, polite during the installation. Within 15 mins of completing a contact form on their website, late on a Monday afternoon, I had them call me to schedule in someone to come and look at my broken down AC the next morning. The old system had caught fire and being 20 years old was not repairable, so James worked through the options with me and was able provide me with a couple of quotes on the spot. On making my decision I was guaranteed to have the new AC installed within 2 weeks, a week and a half before Christmas! The installers (Andres, Ivan and George) arrived on the day as promised and were efficient (and clean) in completing the install and removed all the rubbish, leaving everything spotless. They also took the time to connect the AC controller to an app on my iPhone and showed me how it all worked. These guys might not be the cheapest, but they provide quality end to end blue ribbon service, and deliver on their promises.
