Raj from Alliance was absolutely fantastic. Called on his way to let me know of traffic and that he was running late. Was very friendly and polite. Did a great job of understanding what I needed done and informing me along the way. Outcome was perfect, fixing my short term requirements and providing different options and quotes to improve my system. Absolute 5 star. Give this man a bonus!

I am very happy to support a local business, especially when they go "above and beyond" in customer service and professionalism, from Chris doing the quote, the office team handling the booking (thank you so much for bringing my job forward!), and the install team, Dragan, Cristian and Miguel, who consulted with me at every step and paid attention to the finer details, like plumbing in both discharge pipes to the downpipe a couple of metres away. Great job, thank you boys!

I have had an amazing experience from start to finish. We first met James who walked us through the different models and what was possible for our unit. James also was very efficient with the necessary paperwork required for strata approval. In regards to the installation Dzagan, Christian and Harry were amazing and did a great job with installing and cleaning up!. I also loved the fridge magnet that doubles as a bottle opener. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I recently had my old ducted air conditioning system replaced by Alliance Climate Control. It was an excellent experience from initial contact right through to installation completion, with the company's focus on quality solutions and service very apparent. I am absolutely thrilled with my new system and highly recommend Alliance Climate Control.For those interested in more detail...The original ducted air conditioning system installed when my house was built had been inoperable for a few years, had needed extensive maintenance while it was working, and never really performed satisfactorily when temperatures were outside a moderate range. The orientation of my house with respect to the summer sun, the use of specific rooms, and a fair quantity of heat-generating gear added a special twist to my requirements.Goran and Jake clearly took these requirements and my priorities fully into consideration in the solution they designed, as typical setups like the original just do not work for me. With a dual system required the cost was obviously higher than a single system so they also provided a less expensive alternative, but ultimately I decided on the premium solution as the ability to operate effectively, without restriction, on both the hottest days and coldest nights was important to me. Goran's help in finalising this was greatly appreciated.It was a three-day installation, starting in near-40-degree temperatures and ending in pouring rain, but the team worked hard to ensure the installation was completed on time.The core installation team of Andres, Ivan and Benjamin were fantastic, and were there for all three days including the whole of the final extremely long day. Other Alliance team members attended at various times throughout the installation as needed. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride and care in their work. There were a few hurdles during the installation which the team took in stride: as the customer it definitely felt like ensuring I was happy was the priority.I was impressed with the care they took, for example when manouvering bulky equipment around my house, double-checking that things were storm-safe after the initial work in the roof, protecting nearby surfaces when cutting holes in the ceiling, meeting my super-pedantic requirements for positioning equipment... even wrangling manufacturer-faulty ceiling grilles so I would not be bothered by their out-of-alignment appearance for the few days until they were replaced. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day's work.The new systems are amazingly quiet, both inside and outside, easy to control, and very effective in the limited use they've had so far. I'm actually looking forward to a stinking hot day to truly bask in the contrast, and in the meantime am happily enjoying how much more comfortable my house is.

Very happy with the work yesterday by Dragan, Louis, JJ et al to install an air conditioner at our terrace house - and with James who prepared the quote. It was a complex job and I was impressed at how Alliance was able to swing in extra resources to get the job finished on time. They were very courteous, hard working and cleaned up well at the end of the job.

Was a smooth process start to finish. Had my Daikon Multisplit replaced. At first thought the quote seemed expensive but soon realised the quality and skills behind the team. Gareth and hisTeam did the job with ease despite it not looking like a straightforward job.

Very happy with this service! Organising the callout was super convenient, the team were very patient and explained everything very clearly. I was able to call back and easily arrange a service after double checking with other providers. Raj was really helpful during the callout, he went immediately into work and fixed my old ducted system and gave his suggestions on next actions. He answered all my questions and took care to go through the issues. He gave exact 30min call before his arrival and was done within the hour or so. I will go back to ACC for any future jobs!

Shazim showed very reliable expertise in diagnosing the problem with our system and provided good solutions. A very reasonable call out fee. We will use Alliance again for our air conditioning.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Alliance from the very first phone call with Christian. I found every interaction with Alliance staff to be professional, courteous and they were all very experienced in their jobs. Goran, Zac and Michael were super helpful and patient in answering all my questions prior to installation of a split system in my strata apartment. BJ, Kim and Anthony, the installers on the day, were fantastic, everything ran smoothly and my home was left tidy. I am very happy with Alliance and would not hesitate in recommending them.
