We’re so happy with our air con unit! Zac was excellent and very communicative about installation. He was also super flexible and patient while we went through our strata approval process. BJ and his team as well as Pete and Josh were very professional and punctual with installation. Highly recommend!

Tommy and Miguel did a great job. Conduit matches the house color, all tidy when they were complete. Would recommend!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Alliance Climate Control with installing Airconditioning units at my premises.Albeit, the house had a Airconditioning system installed 20 years ago. There a were a couple of rooms that that wasn’t conditioned due to the difficulty in accessing them and the family struggled to fully utilise them in the past due to uncomfortable conditions.I was so impressed by the Alliance Climate Control team from the initial enquiry, they responded promptly and initiated and secured an on site appointment to inspect the premises understood the main issues and unravel the project right on the spot in front of me.Jake advise me on all the options and discussed all the pros and cons for each solution,I was impressed how he reached out to Goran the owner of the company who assisting with unit selection to ensure the budget be met.There use of all communication technology very well and are truely paperless company with all the checks and balances.The procurement and scheduling communication was second to none and they maintained there dates, they did do what they said they would do.When it came to installation, the electricians Vush and Blade arrived ahead of the installation team , that assessed the situation and within a couple of hours they ran the electrical cables in what was a more then complex routing in to connect power They carried out the work with press ion and without any fuss, I was impressed .The installation team arrived within an our lead by Garrett , and assisted with Qais and Ben.They carried out the installation of all equipment and running of cables and pipework with great precision and the quality of workmanship and their communication was second to none, the whole team was respectful, courteous, polite during the installation. ( a rare commodity in todays world)I cannot recommend more highly Alliance Climate control , the teams commitment and attitude to the project was so refreshing and rare in today contracting environment . It’s a real testament to the management and their point of difference to other company’s will secure them more projects in the future .Job well done.George

Really great service, super professional and on time.

Within 15 mins of completing a contact form on their website, late on a Monday afternoon, I had them call me to schedule in someone to come and look at my broken down AC the next morning. The old system had caught fire and being 20 years old was not repairable, so James worked through the options with me and was able provide me with a couple of quotes on the spot. On making my decision I was guaranteed to have the new AC installed within 2 weeks, a week and a half before Christmas! The installers (Andres, Ivan and George) arrived on the day as promised and were efficient (and clean) in completing the install and removed all the rubbish, leaving everything spotless. They also took the time to connect the AC controller to an app on my iPhone and showed me how it all worked. These guys might not be the cheapest, but they provide quality end to end blue ribbon service, and deliver on their promises.

Excellent service and product. Installation team was great, I think exemplary, impressively professional, smooth and careful with their operations, great team work. They also cleaned up really well along the way and on completion.

Alliance went all out to ensure I had my quality air con and dans installed on time. A staff member called in sick but the team just rallied, reorganised and worked so hard to ensure my install was done. Quality of products and service was faultless. I have been so impressed with this company and their installation team. They kept a quote open for months, in spite of cost pressures. They always responded promptly to requests. They arranged installation at short notice. Their management kept in touch throughout. Their team - Yunus and Gokhan - were thorough, competent, efficient and very friendly. A lovely couple of blokes. I can't recommend them more strongly. A top team!
