Why are Suspended ceiling mounted System Service and Repairs necessary?

All servicing is performed either at the outdoor unit or from the underside of the indoor unit. No access is required above the indoor unit.

Regularly scheduled Suspended Ceiling Mounted System service and repairs, make sure your system is working at peak performance ensuring critical components function correctly and filtration mediums are free from dust or pollens that may result in malfunction, unpleasant odours, adversely affecting the health of occupants.

The exterior body of the indoor unit has also been designed with reliability and cleanliness in mind. Panels in contact with delivery air flow are manufactured from an oil-resistant material then coated with an “anti-floccing” solution to prevent dust, cigarette smoke or cooking vapours from adhering to the unit.

Similarly, the outside heat exchanger is manufactured from corrosion resistant “Blue-Fin” tubes to prevent corrosion from atmospheric or salt spray environments.

  • Incorrect temperature or motion sensing, or unresponsive circuit components placing additional and unnecessary load imposed on the compressor. This may present as inconsistent or ineffective air temperatures.
  • Build-up of dust or pollens in the fan, coil or filters within the ceiling mounted indoor unit or excessive dirt build up affecting air dissipation at the outdoor unit.
  • Low refrigerant gas levels. This may be perceived by occupants as inferior cooling efficiency causing selection of a lower temperature in turn causing further load on the compressor.
  • Inaccurate load sensing of the inverter compressor or direct current motor causing inefficient circulation of refrigerant gas.

Alliance were recommended to us by friends. James, the sales guy, came out and gave us a few options for our a/c installation. I never, at any point, felt pressured to use their company but I'm glad I did. We chose a multi head Panasonic which suited our house restrictions. You can control it using the normal remote or an App. Which is good for when your kid forgets to turn it off and you aren't home!

The communication was excellent with Alliance every step of the way (sales, accounts, schedulers, installers, electricians etc) and we were very happy with the final installation by Yunus, Gokhan, Dragan and Thomas. Everyone was polite, neat and seemed to know what they were doing.

Very clean & careful with my furniture &unit.The whole crew were good Yumus, Gokhon,Emre plus the units are a lot quieter then expected & I love that they match the outside with colour bond cover over the the pipe. They had all the diagrams & certificates for strata & also electricians. So have no trouble recommending this company.
